PhoenixFN Terms of Service

I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PhoenixFN Gameserver and backend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Server. The Server is fan-made and not affiliated with Epic Games or any other official company.

II. User Conduct

• Respect Others – Users must treat all members with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or drama will not be tolerated.
• Fair Play – Cheating, exploiting, or disruptive behavior in games or Server activities is strictly prohibited.
• Privacy – Do not share personal information of yourself or others (“doxxing”), and refrain from threats or harassment.
• Content Guidelines – Stay on topic, avoid spam, self-promotion, or posting inappropriate content. Age-restricted or obscene content, including nudity, sexual content, extreme violence, or graphic imagery, is prohibited.

III. Staff Authority

• Moderators, administrators, and other staff members (“Staff”) have the final authority over all disputes, enforcement of rules, and content management.
• Users must comply with Staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in warnings, kicks, or bans.

IV. Account Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account.
• Sharing accounts, using others’ accounts, or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
• Users must immediately report compromised accounts or rule violations to Staff.

V. Server Limitations and Disclaimers

• The Server is fan-made, provided “as is,” and may include bugs, errors, or interruptions.
• Phoenix Server, Staff, or associated parties are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from use of the Server.
• The Server reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time without notice.
• No Lawsuit / Liability Waiver – By using the Server, you agree not to sue or take legal action against PhoenixFN, Staff, or associated parties for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the Server; participation is at your own risk.

VI. Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Server at Staff discretion. Termination does not limit other legal remedies available to Staff.

VII. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Server operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with such laws.

VIII. Changes to Terms

Phoenix Server reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes. Continued use of the Server constitutes acceptance of any changes.

IX. Enjoyment and Community

The Server exists to provide a fun and positive environment for fans to celebrate Chapter 1 Season 7. Users are encouraged to help others, participate constructively, and enjoy the Server responsibly.
